Remus nickte und sah ihm nach, ehe sein Blick zum Fenster glitt. In die Dunkelheit starrend, merkte er, wie schwer seine Augenlider und seine Muskeln geworden waren. Langsam schleppte er sich die Treppe nach oben und ließ sich dort in sein Bett fallen.

Auch Tonks schlief schon bald, nachdem sie zu Hause war, tief und fest. Seit ein paar Wochen hatte sie dabei jedoch stets ihren Zauberstab in der Hand, wofür sie Mad-Eye früher belächelt hatte.

Schließlich wachte Remus auf und öffnete langsam seine Augen. Er fragte sich im ersten Moment, was diesen Lärm verursachte.
