House fragte sich, was er verbrochen hatte; er konnte schließlich nichts dafür, dass Remy ins Krankenhaus musste. Seufzend ließ er sich auf Annas Bett sinken und rief Chase an.
"Wie sieht es aus?", fragte er gleich, als dieser sich meldete. "Sie ist sehr geschwächt, sie hat eine Pneumonie, ödematös. Sie wollen sie intubieren, aber ich weiß nicht, ob ich zustimmen soll." House schwieg eine Weile. "Ich kann dir da nichts raten, das musst du selbst wissen", meinte er dann seufzend. "Ich dachte mir, dass du das sagst. Mit den Kindern alles in Ordnung?"
