So läutete er, wie Elena es auch immer verlangte und hatte kurze Zeit später Brenner neben sich stehen.
Dieser tauschte die Nierenschale gegen eine neue und hielt sie Kaminski, als er merkte, dass dieser sich erneut übergeben musste und große Kreislaufprobleme hatte, bereit.

Kaminski hob kurz den Kopf und sah ihn an. Er war so geschwächt, dass ihn das Übergeben wahnsinnig viel Kraft kostete:"Machen Sie nur so weiter und ich zieh den Notruf eigenhändig aus der Wand!", meinte er erschöpft, ehe er sich erneut übergab.

Brenner schwieg daraufhin und reichte ihm nur hin und wieder Zellstoff, oder holte eine neue Nierenschale heran.

Nach einer Weile lehnte sich Kaminski zurück:"Ich glaube, jetzt ist alles draußen, was ich in den letzten Tagen zu mir genommen habe!", meinte er erschöpft und um wieder etwas Frieden zustiften. Auch wenn ihm das nicht ähnlich sah. Aber man war es auch nicht von ihm gewohnt, dass er als Schatten seiner selbst in einem Bett lag und Hilfe beim Erbrechen benötigte.
So war er derzeit sogar dankbar für Brenners Hilfe.

"Ich stelle Ihnen noch eine Nierenschale und etwas Zellstoff hier hin, wenn da doch noch ein vergessener Braten schlummert", zwinkerte er ihm zu und stellte sein Bett wieder flacher. Auch die Klingel gab er ihm in die Hand. "Kann ich sonst noch etwas für Sie tun?" Er hielt ihm einen Becher Wasser mit einem Strohhalm darin hin.
