Auch bei Jack ging an diesem Morgen alles etwas schwerer als sonst. So schickte er Liz auch schon unter dem Vorwand ins Bad, dass er noch etwas dösen wolle.

Im Bad angekommen, verdrehte sie kurz die Augen. Als würde sie ihn noch nicht gut genug kennen, um zu wissen was los war.
Doch vorerst wollte sie sich das nicht anmerken lassen und machte sich deshalb in aller Ruhe zurecht. Die Tür hatte sie einen Spalt offen gelassen, so dass sie hören konnte, wenn er doch noch rief. Doch sie wollte ihm auch genug Zeit geben, so wie er es wünschte.

Mühevoll rutschte er nach einer Weile an die Sofakante und stützte sich ab, war aber so kraftlos, dass er bei dem Versuch, sich umzusetzen, einfach zu Boden rutschte. Genervt versuchte er sich somit nun wieder hochzuziehen, damit Liz nicht noch sah, was passiert war.

Liz war alamiert. Doch es hörte sich nicht nach einen richtigen Sturz an, er musste eher zu Boden geglitten sein. Sie wollte ihm noch die Möglichkeit geben, alleine wieder hochzukommen.

Liz nahm zwei Tassen Kaffee aus der Küche mit und nahm dann einfach neben Jack auf dem Boden Platz. Wahnsinnig froh, dass ihm nichts passiert war, reichte sie ihm die Tasse.
