Umso mehr freut sie sich, wenn ihr sie übermorgen besucht", versuchte Chase die Mädchen zu überreden. "Und du gehst in den Kindergarten, Anna muss auch zur Schule", kam es dann von Chase, der zwar nicht böse war, dem man aber anhörte, dass in dieser Sache eine Diskussion sinnlos war.

Irgendwann in der Nacht schlief Amy trotz aller Ängste ein.

Chase schlief an diesem Tag ebenfalls nur schlecht ein und war am nächsten Morgen sehr früh wach, weshalb er Anna und Lisa selbst in Schule und Kindergarten brachte und sich anschließend auf den Weg ins Krankenhaus machte.
