"Er ist da? Wo ist er denn, ich seh ihn nicht!", meinte er etwas mürrisch. "Er kümmert sich nicht um dich, seine Arbeit ist ihm wohl wichtiger, als du es bist. Oder was hättest du gemacht, wenn ich dir nicht nachgegangen wäre? Es... interessiert ihn überhaupt nicht, wie es dir geht!" Er versuchte, sich so wenig wie möglich aufzuregen und brachte seine Stimme mit Mühe wieder auf eine normale Frequenz. "Sag mir einen Tag, an dem ich einfach weggegangen bin, ohne zu wissen, ob du klar kommst... außer... du weißt schon", flüsterte er fast.

"Du warst da, als es mir schlecht ging. Ich wollte nicht, dass du ihm was sagst, ich wollte einfach nur heim. Wie soll er dann also wissen was los ist? Er kümmert sich sehr wohl um mich, aber er kann mir auch nicht 24h pro Tag nach laufen.", erklärte sie ihm dann.

"Hast du Angst vor ihm, oder was? Er hätte dich ebenso nach Hause bringen können wie ich. Also, was ist es? Schämst du dich dafür, oder akzeptiert er es nicht?" Für House war es nicht verständlich, wie man seine Freundin im Stich lassen konnte, wenn man gebraucht wurde, genauso unverständlich, wie Remy nicht zu ihm hatte gehen wollen.
