Amy versuchte sich leicht aus seinem Arm zu winden. Jedes Mal, wenn man von der Entlassung sprach, wurde ihr ganz unwohl. Sonst konnte es ihr stets nicht schnell genug gehen. Nun, hatte sich die Situation geändert.

Chase nahm seinen Arm zurück und sah sie kurz an.
"Wir sollten uns dann wohl trotzdem auf den Heimweg machen", meinte Jack schließlich. Liz brauchte Ruhe und vor allem ihren Sauerstoff. Er mochte noch gar nicht an den weiten Weg bis nach draußen zur Haltestelle denken.
"Ich kann euch fahren", bot Chase an, woraufhin Jack Liz fragend musterte. Er wollte nicht über ihren Kopf hinweg entscheiden.
