Sie zuckte mit den Schultern. "Wie du magst. Wenn du nichts mehr wissen willst im Moment, dann gehe ich jetzt zu Amy. Sag bescheid, wenn du auf mehr Fragezeichen stößt", schmunzelte sie.
Nach Amys viel zu kurzem Schläfchen stand die nächste Therapie an. Diesmal kümmerte sich die Therapeutin zuerst um ihr rechtes Bein. Wegen der Beckenfraktur musste natürlich auch hier ihre Hüfte bewegt werden, was sie nun langsam und vorsichtig per Hand tat.

Ryan vertiefte sich, als sie weg war, wieder ganz in seine Arbeit. Neben bei aß er, was Kathleen ihm mitgebracht hatte. Nach kurzer Zeit tropfte ein großer Fleck der Soße auf seinen Pullover. Er sah an sich hinab, verdrehte die Augen und machte sich auf den Weg zu seinem Auto, wo er sich umzog.
