Ryan nickte und verließ den Raum. Leise schloss er die Tür und machte sich auf den Weg zu den anderen in die Küche. Beim folgenden Abendesse brachte er fast nichts runter. Er war ganz in seinen Gedanken.

Kathleen wurde in später Stunde erneut kurz wach, ehe sie weiter schlief.

Ava machte die Kinder bettfertig. Nachdem Ryan an diesem Abend extra leise gesungen hatte, schliefen Ava´s Kinder bald ein. Mittlerer Weile schlief Ava mit den beiden im Gästezimmer. Ryan hatte, sobald es ihm etwas besser gegangen war und der Junge wieder immer öfter bei Ava schlief darauf bestanden. Er selbst machte es sich so jedem Abend auf dem Sofa gemütlich.
Jetzt, da es ihm besser ging, schlief er lange nicht mehr so viel und war so, wie gewohnt schon früh am Morgen wieder munter.
