Ryan sah zu ihr und sagte etwas in ihrer Muttersprache zu ihr. Zuerst klang er ganz sanft, was ihm in diesen Moment gar nicht leicht fiel. Dann wurde er bestimmend. Emily nickte darauf und standd auf. Sie rückte den Stuhl zurecht und verließ dann den Raum.
"Du hast keine Schmerzen? Was war das dann auf dem Parkplatz?", fuhr er fort, als sie alleine waren.
Er pausierte kurz und versuchte ruhig weiter zu atmen:"Es tut mir leid, ich bin in erster Linie eigentlich nur wahnsinnig sauer auf mich selbst. Aber du musst nichts schön reden."
