- In the original series pilot Wilson's age was 38, same as House.
- House has certifications in infectious diseases and nephrology and also a fellowship in rheumatology according to the network draft of the pilot.
- In the original pilor Chase was 35
- Foreman's original first name was Taylor, not Eric. There might be a reference to insiders to this in Season 2, episode 10 ("Failure to Communicate") when Cuddy asks Foreman about a possible referral and he says Taylor would be possible and he was the one House picked first before going for Foreman
- Cameron's original age was 27
- Cuddy's age in the pilot script was 39
Additionally, it was supposed to be Boston at first, but because Bryan Singer, the director of the pilot, was from the Princeton area, they changed it to Princeton instead.
Some of the finer details I spotted in screencaps:
House's work address in 3x8: Department of Diagnostic Medicine, 10 Burlington Blvd., Princeton NJ 08540
House's home address on pill bottles: 124 Municipal Dr (in 6x22) and 124 Main Dr (in 4x13 and 4x16)
Wilson's home address: 519 Morehall St (in 6x17), the phone number was 609-555-0200
House's address (see 7x13): 221 Baker Street, Apt. B (another Sherlock Holmes reference), Princeton, NJ
The day House was admitted at Mayfield: 05/25 (a year isn't given, but judging by a hypothetical timeline, sometime in 2009)
There's more like:
House's social security number: 295-13-7865 (2x24)
Another work place address was: Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital #4101; 978 Washington Rd, Princeton NJ 08542

Here is another detail: the first 6 episodes of Season 1 originally were in a different order, if you refer to the episode numbers on the scripts. This would have been the original line-up:

1) Pilot (Alternate title: Everybody lies)
2) The Socratic Method
3) Maternity
4) Paternity (because of the close relation to the previous episode by general topic)
5) Damned If You Do
6) Occam's Razor

I don't know why it was switched around, though...

Episode 5 of Season 2 had the working title "The Graduate", and the first episode of Season 7 ran under "Thunder Roadtrip". There is supposed to be a real episode of this title, but unaired. From the details that were leaked, it really was supposed to be a roadtrip, starring House and Cuddy. The PPTH scenes are said to resemble what was in the aired episode, while House and Cuddy went to a Bruce Springsteen concert.
Episode 1 of Season 8 had the working title "Dark Matter", maybe a reference to House actually wanting to study physics before going for medicine. Also, episode 5 of the same Season was originally known as "Going Down"
