Er nickte nur. Die ganze Zeit über hatte er sich gefragt, warum sein Freund und nicht er bei dem Schusswechsel ums Leben gekommen war. Er hatte versucht, alles was damit zusammen hängt irgendwie zu verdrängen. Warum musste das nun auch noch passieren?
Noch mehr bestärkt in seinem Vorhaben, richtete er sich weiter auf:"Ich brauche mein Handy!"

Genervt ließ er sich zurück in die Kissen fallen und machte eine Handbewegung zu seinem Oberarm.
Er hatte der Frau seines verstorbenen Freundes versprochen, für sie und die Kinder da zu sein. Bisher hatten sie jeden Tag telefoniert. Er konnte leider nicht sagen, dass es nur war, um ihr zu zeigen, dass sie nicht alleine war. Es war zum großen Teil auch deshalb, weil seine Schuldgefühle einfach zu groß waren.
