Mit Isobels Okay drehte sie sie wieder auf den Rücken, wo sie ihr eine Knierolle gab und anschließend ihren Oberkörper mit einem Gurt am Bett fixierte. Den anderen legte sie ihr locker um die Hüfte und zog dann langsam und gleichmäßig, ehe sie ein Gewicht daran befestigte. Für die benötigte Zugkraft musste sie jedoch auch weiterhin mit den Händen nachhelfen.
