Als er an ihrer Schulter ankam, hob er den Kopf und sah ihr in die Augen. Ihm fiel auf, dass sie so glücklich und echt lächelte, wie schon lange nicht mehr. Dieses Lächeln bestärkte ihn darin, dass die Operation die richtige Entscheidung gewesen war, auch wenn sie sie auf andere Weise als bis her noch etwas mehr einschränkte.
