"Ich will aber nicht von allen gefragt werden, wie meine Enkelin heißt und wie alt sie ist", grinste er zurück und zog dann Anna in ihre Mitte. Das Buch hatte er bereits vom Nachttisch genommen und schlug es auf. Er zog die beiden eng an sich und begann zu lesen.

Als er fertig mit Lesen war, legte er vorsichtig das Buch zur Seite und legte seine Arme um die beiden. Er wollte spüren, dass sie bei ihm waren.
