Remus reagierte nicht, in seinen Gedanken war er gerade bei einem Mädchen angekommen: Yamuna. Er konnte sich noch genau an ihren Duft erinnern und ihr weiches Haar, das er damals durch Zufall berührt hatte. Natürlich hatte er sich sofort jede Gefühle für sie untersagt. Er durfte es gar nicht erst so weit kommen lassen, dass war ihm schon immer klar.
Trotzdem fand er sie immer besonders. Zumindest bis er eines Tages ein Gespräch von Yamuna und einer Freundin mitbekam, in dem es um Werwölfe ging. Irgendwie erinnerte ihn dieses Gefühl an das, das er erst kürzlich versprührt hatte, als Tonks sich so schnell aus seinen Armen befreite. Schließlich hatte er gedacht in ihr, nach Jamens und Peter, endlich wieder eine Freundin gefunden zu haben. Schließlich war sie nicht gleich weg, als er ihr sagte, was er war.
