Isobel war die erste, die schon sehr früh am Morgen ziemlich unsanft geweckt wurde, als zwei Schwestern ein zweites Bett in ihr Zimmer schoben, in dem eine junge Frau lag.

Isobel nickte und sah dann aus dem Fenster. Sie wollte nicht, dass die Schwestern das Gefühl hatten sie würde sie bei ihrer Arbeit beobachten, oder noch viel schlimmer, die junge Frau anstarren.

Isobel sah auf die Uhr. Bis zum Frühstück war noch etwas Zeit. Waschen konnte sie sich nicht alleine und auch sonst nicht viel tun. So lag sie einfach da und beschloss noch etwas zu dösen.

Nach einer Weile fing Holly angestrengt zu husten an und schlug langsam die Augen auf. Erst etwas später erinnerte sie sich, dass man sie verlegen wollte. Aus dem Augenwinkel nahm sie Isobel wahr, sodass sie ein leises Hallo über die Lippen brachte.
