Chase setzte sich neben ihr Bett auf einen Stuhl und musterte Remy beim Schlafen. Das Schlafen war wohl das einzige, was ihren kranken, schwachen Körper noch einigermaßen aufrecht halten konnte. Beim Gedanken daran schloss er die Augen, um zu vermeiden, dass ihm eine Träne entwischen könnte.
