Nachdem er die Blumen in der Vase ausgewechselt hatte, blieb er einfach eine Weile an dem Grab stehen und sprach in Gedanken mit seiner Familie. Als er nicht mehr stehen konnte, pausierte er kurz auf der Bank und fuhr dann mit dem Taxi in die Klinik.

Elena machte noch einen letzten Verbandswechsel und ging sich dann umziehen. Es hatte an diesem Tag keinen Notruf gegeben, was einerseits gut war, andererseits wäre sie gerne der Notaufnahme für ein paar Stunden entgangen.

Nach einer Stunde Stehen und Üben im Labor, gönnte er sich wirklich eine kurze Entspannungspause in einem Bereitschaftsraum. Das würde sie ruhiger machen und wenn er ehrlich zu sich selbst war, auch ihm gut tun.
