"Wildfremde Menschen?", wiederholte er mit hochgezogener Braue und skeptischem Blick. Er ließ es jedoch dabei und streichelte ihr sanft über den Rücken, bevor er die morgendlichen Übungen mit ihr machte.

Da sich diese ganzen psychischen Belastungen noch zusätzlich auf Isobels Zustand auswirkten, hatte er gar nicht damit gerechnet, dass sie heute laufen konnte. So ging er schonmal vor ins Bad und duschte sich.
