Weder House noch sie hatten ihm zwar bisher von dem anstehenden Eingriff erzählt, doch da sie noch im Krankenhaus bleiben musste, obwohl ihre Behandlung schon zwei Tage zuvor stattgefunden hatte, war es nahe liegend.
