Chase schlief in dieser Nacht sehr unruhig und war fast froh, als seine Wecker schließlich klingelte.

Amy schlief in der Nacht sehr fest. Auch auf Vormittag nickte sie immer wieder ein. Die restliche Zeit über machte sie sich Gedanken darüber, wie sie mit Chase, den Kindern und ihrer Schwester umgehen sollte.

Kurz vor dem Mittag wurde Amy zu mehreren Untersuchungen gebracht, von denen Wilson bereits gesprochen hatte, ehe sie ihr Essen bekam.

Chase war erleichter; zum einen über den Inhalt der Antwort, zum anderen, dass sie überhaupt ein normales Gespräch mit ihm führte. So nahm er sich einen Stuhl und zog ihn an ihr Bett.
