Nach einer Weile bildete sich ein leichtes Lächeln auf Chase' Gesicht. Er nickte zum Fenster; draußen fielen gerade die ersten Schneeflocken. "Sieh mal, Amy."

Chase' Brust schnürte sich erneut zusammen. Er wollte die lustige Amy wiederhaben, die zu allem einen Spruch parat hatte. Sanft küsste er sie auf die Stirn. "Liegst du so bequem?"

Chase beschloss, noch eine Weile bei ihr zu bleiben und lehnte sich wieder zurück. Schließlich hatte er noch Zeit, bis er die Mädchen abholen musste und Amy brauchte vielleicht nochmal Hilfe.
