So machte House nun sauber und sah nur in regelmäßigen Abständen nach seinem Kind. Leonie schlief allerdings beim Geräusch des Staubsaugers besonders gut.

Isobel nickte und machte sich auf den Weg von der Küche ins Wohnzimmer. Mit dem Rollstuhl blieb sie neben ihrer immer noch schlafenden Tochter stehen und beobachtete diese ganz in Gedanken.

Wenig später kam House mit einem Teller voll ins Wohnzimmer, da er dachte, sie könnten ebenso hier essen, wenn sie die Brote nur in die Hand nehmen mussten.
