Der Arzt ließ Jack schließlich wieder allein und sah dann wieder nach Liz.
Jack hasste sich dafür, dass er so müde und erschöpft war.
Bevor er einschlief, kam jedoch noch sein hier behandelnder Arzt und teilte ihm etwas über seine Schulter mit, was er kaum noch mitbekam. Doch da man ihm anschließend eine Armschlinge anlegte, ging er davon aus, das etwas nicht damit stimmte.

Eine Stunde später kam Chase im Krankenhaus an, da er noch als Liz' Notfallkontakt angegeben war.

Schließlich stand Chase auf und machte sich auf den Weg zu Kathleens Zimmer. Jemand musste zu Jack gehen, aber er hatte Anna und Lisa in einer Spielecke abgesetzt und konnte sie nicht ewig allein lassen.
