Ryan nickte knapp. Natürlich wusste man nicht sicher, in wie weit sich Liz wann erholte. Doch es war nur klar, dass sie noch Zeit brauchte.

Kathleen streichelte der jungen Frau in dem Bett sanft durchs Haar. "Wisst ihr was? Ich muss Liz jetzt erstmal die Haare ordentlich machen. Stimmt's, Liz? Mit deinem geflochtenen Zopf fühlst du dich doch erst richtig wohl."
