Chase ließ sich einfach auf Annas Bett nach hinten umfallen und schloss die Augen.
Natürlich war es nicht so einfach, wie er zu Anna gesagt hatte. Er wollte ihr nur um jeden Preis die Angst davor nehmen, dass Amy sterben könnte, so wie Remy gestorben war. Er hatte dabei einfach nicht bedacht, dass Anna schon viel weiter dachte.
Ihm schmerzte das Herz, wenn er daran dachte, was auf seine Freundin zukam.
