"Du hast Nasenbluten und entschuldigst dich dafür?", fragte Chase bestürzt und half ihr auf. Die Suche nach Taschentüchern war jedoch vergeblich, weder im Nachttisch noch im Bad konnte er welche finden, daher gab er ihr einfach ein Handtuch und drückte es ihr vorsichtig an die Nase. "Nimm das, die werden eh ausgetauscht."

Chase hielt sie ganz fest und streichelte ihr behutsam über den Rücken. Sie war wieder sehr blass geworden, die Anstrengung durch den vielen Blutverlust würde auch ihrer Krankheit nicht gerade gut tun.
