Remy versuchte gar nicht erst mit zu helfen, sie wusste, dass sie dazu nicht im Stande wr. Sie gab sich auch keine Mühe stehen zu bleiben. Sie war damit beschäftigt, nicht ohnmächtig zu werden und Chase damit nicht recht zu geben.

Chase hatte Mühe, Remy in ihren Rollstuhl zu bugsieren, sonst hatte er sie immer gleich auf die Arme gehoben, jetzt hielt er sie so, dass sie eigentlich mit helfen musste. So kam er leicht ins Straucheln und beugte sich etwas unsanft mit ihr nach vorn. "Entschuldige", meinte er leise, als sie saß und er seine Arme zurückzog.

"Ich wüsste nicht, wofür", meinte er und gab ihr einen Kuss, dann öffnete er die Tür und schob Remy langsam ins Bad. Sie waren sehr leise im Flur, um niemanden zu wecken und Chase schloss schließlich hinter ihnen die Tür. Dann machte er sich und Remy die Zahnbürsten fertig und reichte ihr ihre.

"Vielleicht deshalb, weil ich meiner Tochter eine schlimme, chronische Krankheit veerbt habe, euch Wochen lang Sorgen bereitet habe und jetzt nicht mal alleine einen Becher halten kann...Nur so eine kleine Auswahl!", erklärte Remy auf sich selbst böse und nahm zitternd die Zahnbürste.
